After a long quiet, we began again….
around flavour, around memory, around creation, around the simple act of sharing.
Our first offering was shaped by three companions:
Smoke, Shadow, & Salt.
Smoke spoke of transformation and the return of our culinary fire
Shadow held what came before, the culinary journeys that shaped us
And salt…
Salt preserved and bound our past, present and future.
This offering was not only about what could be tasted,
but what we have now began again, together.

Each work is created through collaboration between artist, chef and musician. Form, flavour and sound are intertwined into a multi-sensory experience, inviting guests to encounter ideas not only visually, but through taste, atmosphere and memory.
